How to Delete Your Data from the App

You can permanently delete all your data directly from within the SketchIt app:

• Open the SketchIt app on your device
• Navigate to your Profile by tapping the profile icon
• Scroll down to the Actions section
• Tap "Clear All Data"
• Read the warning message carefully
• Confirm by tapping "Clear All Data" again
• Provide final confirmation by tapping "Yes, Delete Everything"

This will delete:

• Game statistics and history
• All drawings and artwork
• Friend connections
• Chat messages
• Account preferences
• Your user account

Note: Guest accounts can sign out without deleting data, as no permanent data is stored.

Communication Preferences

• Control push notifications
• Manage email communications
• Adjust privacy settings
• Block or report other users

Active Accounts

We retain your data while your account is active and you continue to use the app. This includes:

• Profile information
• Game statistics and progress
• Friend connections
• Preferences and settings

Inactive Accounts

For accounts that have been inactive for 2 years or more:

• Personal information is anonymized
• Account data may be deleted
• Statistical data may be retained in aggregate form

Deleted Accounts
